In this section of the site, Basic Service Subscribers and non-subscribers can access these on a pay per view basis. For only $50 per project, you can: View, print, and download plans for one project (including addenda). View, print, and download specifications for one project (including addenda).   Payment is required by credit card using our secure on-line payment system.   NOTE: By entering the Pay Per View area of our site, you expressly agree to terms and conditions in the Users' Agreement.
