Welcome to Private Projects, a new bidding service provided by Construction Notebook News.

General Contractors, Architects, Engineers and Owners may use this service to post private projects and limit access to subcontractors and suppliers by providing a unique, system generated access code, to their selected group of bidders.

Subcontractors and suppliers may use this service to gain access to project information, plans, specifications and addenda, even if they are not members of a participating association.

Members may enter Private Projects by using their regular User ID and Password.

Non-member subcontractors and suppliers may obtain access after completing a short registration form. Once you have registered, you can use the same ID and password for all subsequent private projects.

Adobe® Acrobat Reader is used to view specs and written addenda. We use 2 viewers to view plans on line: our proprietary viewer, IPIN® Viewing System (IVS), or OST Plan Viewer®. Instructions on how to use each viewer are included in the program downloads.

NOTE: You must have a specific project code in order to access project information. Codes are provided by the general contractor, architect, engineer or owner who has asked you to bid.

If you would like to know if a specific project is available in Private Projects please call (702) 876-8660. If the project is available we will make every effort to provide you with a project code.

GENERAL CONTRACTORS, OWNERS, ARCHITECTS and ENGINEERS who would like to use Private Projects to post their projects may also call us. We encourage all of you to take full advantage of this remarkable program.
